At Arcas Gruber, we provide online technical assistance to support the installation, configuration, and setup of all our products, including our high-security safes.

We will respond within a maximum of 2-3 business days. This service ensures your safe is fully operational, whether installed at home or in a business environment.
We also offer personalized advice, where our experts guide you through installation procedures, anchoring solutions, and electronic lock configurations for our safes.
2. Product Verification Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, it is essential to ensure the safe meets the requested technical specifications and is in perfect condition.
Specific recommendations for safes:
- Inspect the packaging and product to ensure there are no dents, defects, or damages.
- Verify the lock system’s functionality and confirm all accessories, such as keys or remotes, are included.
If you notice any irregularities, do not accept the product, and make sure to report it on the delivery note.
Keep the installation and usage instructions, as they will be necessary for future assistance or claims.
3. Manufacturer’s Warranty: 3 Years
At Arcas Gruber, we take pride in offering high-quality products, particularly our safes, which are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty details:
- Main components: 3-year warranty, applicable to the structure and mechanical locking systems.
- Electronic components: 2-year warranty, in accordance with current legal requirements.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge by the authorized technical service.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal period:
All products, including our safes, can be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, provided they meet the specified return conditions.
Steps to request a return:
- Email us at info@arcasgruber.com, including your order number and reason for the return.
- Within 7 business days, we will send you a return label.
How to return a safe:
- Use the original packaging to ensure the product’s safety during transport.
- Attach the return label to the package.
- Coordinate the pickup with the courier as instructed by us.
Refund process:
Once we receive and verify the safe’s condition, we will refund the payment to the bank account you provide.
5. Return Costs
In the event of a return, the customer will be charged the following costs:
- Shipping costs for both delivery and return:
Due to the weight and size of our safes, these charges will be calculated based on the applicable rates for the specific product. - Additional services: If in-home delivery or anchoring services were requested, these fees are non-refundable.
- Packaging fees: These range from €50 to €100, depending on the type of safe.
6. Exclusions from Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Safes that have been used, damaged, or altered, including scratches, dents, or other defects discovered upon inspection.
- Safes that have been anchored or installed, as this may compromise their integrity.
- Custom-made or non-standard safes designed to specific customer requirements.
