Arcas Gruber offers all our customers online technical assistance both for technical clarifications and for the start-up of all our products.

To proceed with online technical assistance, an email requesting technical assistance will be sent to info@arcasgruber.com.

We will proceed to respond within a maximum period of 2-3 business days from receipt of the email.

2. Check the product upon receipt

Check the conformity of all the technical characteristics of the requested product.

The product must be in perfect condition at the time of delivery. In the event that tares, defects or bumps are observed in the product and/or packaging, said product should not be received.

Keep the installation, adjustment and maintenance instructions, as well as the keys in case of receipt of the goods.

If you have opted for the classic guarantee, you have a withdrawal period of 30 days. During this period, you can contact our advisers if you wish to proceed with the return of your product.

Before contacting our advisors, remember to bring your purchase invoice and do not hesitate to take photos of the problem found. You will be prompted for these items to open an after-sales service card.

*If the product does not conform, it is mandatory to inform it on the delivery note.

3. 3-year manufacturer’s warranty

Every product offered at Arcas Gruber has a manufacturer’s warranty.

What happens in the event that the product suffers a breakdown during the warranty period?
In case of failure during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge by the establishment authorized by the manufacturer.

How much product warranty does Arcas Gruber give its customers?
Arcas Gruber is proud to give a 3-year warranty on all components of the products we manufacture, except for electronic and manual components.

The warranty for these electronic or manual components is 2 years, as stipulated by law.

4. How to make a return of a product?

The return right given by Arcas Gruber for all its products is for a period of 30 days from the delivery of the product.

To return an item sent by Arcas Gruber, you have the option of doing it through our website or by sending an email to info@arcasgruber.com within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

Within 7 days we will proceed to send you a return label.

How should I prepare the return?

Remove the shipping label from the outside of the package and affix the appropriate return label in its place. Print and paste the PDF label that we have sent you to the email.

Next, we will specify the delivery with the transport company for its correct collection.

Once it reaches us and we verify that the product(s) are in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money to the bank account you provide us.

What is charged in case of return

In the event that the customer requests the return of the product, the following items will be invoiced:

Round-trip shipping of the requested product
In the event that delivery within the home or company has been requested, any additional cost of delivery of the product that has been requested will be invoiced.
Product packaging fees, which range between €50 and €100.
Under what conditions is the return not allowed?

The items cannot be used and you must keep the labels, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.

The articles cannot be damaged, in the event that the product is inspected and any defect, scratch or blow is appreciated, said return will not be allowed.

The return of all those products with customizations outside the standard is not allowed.
