Hotel Safes and Multi-User Safes are designed for multi-occupancy use in hotels, hospitals, nursing care homes and student accommodation for multi-user use so that any new user can program their personal code when opening or closing the safe.

These safes come in various different sizes and will mostly operate on an electronic lock with a master override key.

Hotels might decide their clients need laptop sized safes if they mainly have business customers whereas smaller hotels might prefer to go with smaller sized safes which would be suited for smaller items such as camera’s, iPods, passports, cash and keys.

Higher specification safes will have the facility to have an audit trail, this offers peace of mind to the hotel staff and the guests because if anything were to go missing it would be traceable to who opened the safe. They will also have a more robust keypad and higher quality powder coating to give a better final finish so it does not detract from the room quality.

Hotel safes are available with a key locking mechanism and if you require extra keys then we would advise ordering these at the time of order. If the hotel safe you are interested in features an electronic lock you will be provided with keys for emergency use to gain access, some safes can be supplied keyed alike which means you will receive a much smaller batch of keys.
