How authorised access works

The administrator assigns the keys each user is allowed to use. Users identify themselves at the terminal to carry out an authorised removal or return. The system records key movements so that the person responsible can review the history and monitor use.

Identification can be configured using a card or PIN code. Fingerprint identification is optional and must be specified in the quotation. Integration with management or access control systems requires a compatibility assessment for the project.
