Electronic compartment cabinet IQ40 organises the issue and return of items in separate compartments with authorised access. User permissions and operation records help administrators keep track of how shared resources are used.

How authorised access works
The administrator sets up users and their permissions. After identifying themselves at the terminal, users access the compartments assigned to them. Records of openings and operations help supervisors review system use and organise the handover of shared resources between shifts.
Identification can be configured using a card or PIN code. Fingerprint identification is optional and must be specified in the quotation. Integration with management or access control systems requires a compatibility assessment for the project.
Planning your installation
Measure the items to be stored and establish how many need to be available at the same time. The usable compartment dimensions, location, users and power supply must be agreed for the installation. Compartment capacity is different from the number of RFID key positions.

Suitability depends on the internal dimensions and the selected configuration. Provide the dimensions of your items when requesting a quotation; charging facilities and other additional functions are not assumed.
Can it connect to existing systems?
Integration is assessed against the technical requirements of the existing systems. Its scope is agreed for each installation.
