Grade 6 vault room: Project configuration
Grade 6 vault room. A security enclosure for storing valuables and documents, configured to suit the available space, building access and project requirements.
Choose the configuration according to the intended use, risk assessment and the requirements of your insurer or project. The resistance grade alone does not determine suitability for every application.
Information needed for a quotation
- Required internal dimensions and available external space.
- Construction of walls, floor and ceiling.
- Door opening direction, clear opening and locking system.
- Delivery access, structural conditions and installation work.
Resistance grade and additional protection
Burglary resistance under EN 1143-1 must be documented for the specific configuration. Request documentation identifying the model, grade and scope of certification before confirming the order.
Fire and ballistic protection require separate assessment and documentation; they cannot be inferred from the burglary-resistance grade. Ventilation, surveillance, alarms, lighting and access control must be specified individually. A vault for valuables is not automatically a safe room for people.
