Vault Door Euro Grade 4 PW180: planning access to the room
The Vault Door Euro Grade 4 PW180 is an option for vault room projects where both locking and usable access need to be planned. The external dimensions are different from the clear opening: compare both before preparing the structural opening.

The usable opening should accommodate the intended access and the items that will be stored inside. Consider the weight when planning transport, handling and the installation support. Request the model drawing to confirm fitting dimensions and the space needed for the door to open.
Choosing a locking system
The standard configuration in the product specification includes two double-bitted key locks. Ask about mechanical, electronic, programmable or biometric alternatives. Confirm the functions, compatibility and price of your chosen option; additional accessories are not included by default.
PW180 installation and documentation
The proposed installation method uses anchoring and concreting of the external frame. The option of a pre-concreted frame should be assessed against the building works and available installation equipment.
Request the documentation covering the Grade 4 EN 1143-1 classification and EN 1300 Class B locks for the selected configuration. Any additional protection requirement needs separate confirmation.
