Preparing the wall opening<\/h2>

Before installing the vault door, the wall opening must be correctly prepared.<\/p>

As an installation reference, approximately 5 cm of clearance should be left on both sides and at the top<\/strong> of the door.<\/p>

Place the vault door inside the opening and secure it to the surrounding structure.<\/p>

Horizontal and vertical levelling<\/h2>

Before proceeding, carefully check that the vault door is level both horizontally and vertically<\/strong>.<\/p>

Installing spacers<\/h2>

Once the door has been correctly positioned, insert 2\u20134 mm spacers<\/strong> into the gaps between the door leaf and the frame.<\/p>

Spacers should be positioned at the bottom, sides and top of the door.<\/p>

Concrete filling<\/h2>

Fill the perimeter gap between the vault door and the wall with concrete.<\/p>

This integrates the door structure into the surrounding construction.<\/p>

Allow the concrete to cure<\/h2>

After concreting, sufficient curing time must be allowed.<\/p>
